Today’s Topic: Books I’d Give Different Titles To
Hosted by: That Artsy Reader Girl
I’m terrible at choosing titles. I know a good one when I see it, but can’t say the same for a bad one. Not to mention I’m not any better at creating titles. So, I’m going off topic this week.
I’ve noticed a trend lately for book covers with pops of red. This always draws my eye in and I find myself wanting to read these books. So today I’m featuring covers not titles. Oops sorry, not sorry.
What color tends to draw your eye on a cover?
I’d never thought about books having trending colours on their covers…but maybe they do sometimes! 🙂
My TTT.
Well, I don’t have concrete data to back that up. Maybe it’s only trending in my mind as to what catches my eye lately. Lol.
I love Amy Harmon’s cover. That pop of red does make it pop.
My TTT.
Yes it really does! I just saw Amy’s cover for her new release next year and it is just as wonderful in a totally different way.
All of her covers are amazing!
They are very striking covers, especially the cover for The First Girl Child.

I think that red in First Girl Child stands out since it is the only primary/bold color on the cover. It’s brilliant the way it slashes across the page and completes the title.
The devil is a beautiful woman in a red dress. Cover artists must be taking this to heart. https://pmprescott.blogspot.com/
Ha ha! So true. There’s just something arresting about a red dress.
YES! I love all the red and I spy some of my favorites and several on my tbr! I took an easier spin on my TTT!
CANNOT wait to read Carla’s newest novel. It’s on my TBR, so hopefully I’ll get to it soon. Oh, and J’nell’s interests me too!
