Top Ten Tuesday -Books on My Winter 2021 TBR List

Today’s Topic: Books on My Winter 2021 To-read List

Hosted by: That Artsy Reader Girl

This list is a mixture of soon to be released and other newer releases that have been on my TBR this year.

Jewel of the Nile – I’ve long been a fan of Afshar and consider her one of the best Biblical and ancient historical fiction authors. Not only is this cover stunning, but the plot sounds intriguing.

Someone Found – When I want a quieter, sweet read but one with depth, I know I can always count on this author. Not to mention I love the North Carolina mountain setting of this series.

A Tapestry of Light – While I didn’t love the heroine of Duffy’s debut novel, I did love her talent and her understanding and passion for sharing India on the page. Hopefully, I’ll like her characters better in this sophomore title.

The Secrets of Latimer House – I’ve really enjoyed Jules Wakes lighter contemporary stories, so I’m really looking forward to seeing what she can do with a more serious historical tale.

Homecoming King – Anything Penny Reid, yes please and always!

The Siren of Sussex – Matthews is an auto-read author for me. I’m especially interested in this one because a minor but interesting character from one of her earlier books finally gets his own story.

A Heart Adrift -If I wasn’t already a long time fan of the author, this cover alone would have sold me. Her early American history stories are always so well researched and fascinating.

Never Leave Me – The time travel trope is one most either love or hate. I generally love it and Hedlund proved she knew how to do it well in her first book in the Waters of Time series. I’ve been eagerly waiting for this follow up.

The Lady Tempts and Heir – I discovered Harper St. George this year and am excited to read this third book in her latest series.

  1. Ooo! The Jules Wake book looks interesting. Not an author or book I’ve heard of before. Certainly something to add to my ever-growing TBR pile of books-to-look-into (which I’ve finding more of visiting other’s blogs tonight :D). Hope you enjoy ALL of these, and as always, thanks for visiting Finding Wonderland o this week.
