Top Ten Tuesday – Books On My Fall 2019 TBR

Today’s Topic: Books On My Fall 2019 TBR

Hosted by: That Artsy Reader Girl

I’m even farther behind in my reading schedule thanks to a recent move and new job. I haven’t made much progress on my TBR lately. This is especially sad, since some of these titles have been on my TBR list since before they were even released!

Something New – Anything written by Joanne Bischoff ends up on my auto-buy list. I don’t even have to know what they plot is about. She has a gift for writing lyrical heart-wrenching stories.

Romanov – I’ve had a long fascination for the last of the Romanov dynasty. I was pleasantly surprised by this author’s historical fantasy debut Fawkes and can’t wait to see what she does with Russian history.

As The Light Fades – This family drama wasn’t even on my radar until recently. But I know Catherine West writes excellent thought-provoking stories. Plus, I’m thrilled to follow up on characters from one of her earlier novels, The Things We Knew.

The Curse of Misty Wayfair – I’ve had a soft-spot for gothic mysteries since my childhood discovery of Victoria Holt and Laura Black. Mix that with a split timeline story and an author who has proven her skills at giving me chills and this is perfect for the upcoming Halloween season.

The First Girl Child – I’ll read anything and everything by Amy Harmon. I bought this newest fantasy title when it released and can’t believe I haven’t gotten to it yet!

Villette – What do you do if you’re not a fan of the classics? Why you join a book club led by author and book recommender extraordinaire Rachel McMillan. If anyone can make me fall in love with Bronte’s story, she can.

You Belong With Me – I love supporting debut authors and this one has been getting some great buzz.

Whose Waves These Are – Years ago I read a novella by this author that has remained memorable for its’ unique story and beautiful writing. I’m so thrilled that Amanda has finally released a full length novel!

Storm Rising – One of my most read authors, I can count on Ronie Kendig to deliver a compelling, fast-paced, intense, globe trotting story. This is the first of her new series and I’m so here for it.

Sweet on You – Agh!!! This one has been out for several months and I can’t believe I haven’t gotten to it yet. Being one of three sisters, I love that this series focuses on three sisters. Not to mention, I share a name with the main character of this book. Plus, she’s also the sister I find most intriguing.

The Killing Tide – Even if I wasn’t a fan of the author, that cover alone would sell me. I’ve never read any novels about the Coast Guard and this sounds so interesting.

Until the Mountains Fall – Cossette has quickly risen to the top of my must-read authors. I’ve read all of her books to date and am really loving her take on Biblical fiction.
